Working while you are grieving can be extremely difficult, one day you may be fine and another you might be completely phased. It’s hard to tell from one day to the next how you may be. You might be fine carrying out day to day tasks, but find more complex tasks or activities such as speaking in public more daunting. You may feel that your confidence or focus wavers. We’re here to help.
Before you start coaching we will seek to learn more about your circumstances and what issues you are hoping to address. Then we will make a judgement as to whether we think coaching can help you. You will have a chance to ask us any questions you wish in order to make a decision to proceed.
Coaching sessions will then be tailored to meet your specific needs. We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions. There is no maximum, some individuals may choose to stop after 5 or 6 sessions, others may want ongoing sessions on a regular basis until they feel their grief has reached a manageable level.
All sessions will be confidential (unless we feel you are at imminent risk of harming yourself or others). As these sessions are privately funded no information will be fed back to your employers.
Sessions are delivered online via our video conferencing software and slots are available between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday
Introductory cost per session is £60.
