Coaching for employees who are bereaved
If you feel an individual is struggling to maintain performance whilst coping with grief, we can offer online hourly coaching sessions to help address issues identified either by the individual or the individual’s line manager. In our first session we will want to identify what the main issues are and will assess whether coaching can help the individual.
We will want to understand what job role an individual does and how their performance has suffered post-bereavement. Each session will be an hour long and we will require access to the line manager to discuss the individual’s requirements and for feedback on the impact of our coaching to monitor progress.
We will provide the line manager with general details of each session and provide recommendations on managing performance when appropriate.
After the first appointment, each subsequent session will be tailored to suit the needs of the individual.
Sessions are delivered remotely via our video conferencing software and are available between 8am and 6pm.
The cost for each session is £120.
